Each training program has full access to the customer panel. It’s an easy, intuitive, yet a very comprehensive platform where you will find detailed information about your program. You will be able to check your energy requirements based on your activity on particular days. Also, you can track the progress of your training challenge – weight, vital statistics, fat level. Lose weight program – is it right for you?

This program is recommended for those who want to lose weight in a healthy way. It is highly beneficial for both groups: people who want to fight the flab very quickly (however, this method is not long-term) and people who want to gradually and steadily get their weight down, safely and with no disturbance to their hormonal balance. For sure you want to tone up and drop a dress size, but which group do you belong into? 

  • ïGroup 1 – quick and dramatic weight loss – your daily calorie intake (DCI) will be reduced by 25%. This way shouldn’t be your way to go though! 
  • ïGroup 2 – long-term weight loss – your daily calorie intake will be reduced by 10%. This is the recommended option.
