The panel is an intuitive, easy-to-follow platform where you can gather and monitor your training achievements and your next goals. In the panel, you will find different data regarding your activities and workout stats and training progress like weight, body fat percentage etc. You can also check what is your current DCI to obey and macro- and microelement share to follow. You can easily track your training progress and compare photos of yourself you can upload to the gallery. Literally seeing how your body has been changing is such a great addition to a regular workout diary! 

As we totally get that your perfect body transformation requires more than just working on your strength, we give you an amazing opportunity to switch between all training plans – all customers who buy a 6-month (or more) subscription are entitled to modify their working plans depending on their current training goals. If you choose the training and supplementation program, you will also get professional guidance on diet and supplements you should add to your everyday routine. Once a quarter you can also send a full report to our trainers and dieticians and receive professional feedback on your progress together with some additional, customized guidance.
